The word 'employ' comes from the Latin word 'implicare' = to infold, involve. The synonym of employ is "to use".

Employ a new Consciousness

When I lost my job, some years ago, I felt awful but I knew how to use Translation to change my consciousness! According to my senses, I was not employed, however, in principle, I knew LIFE was my true employer — not a man, not a corporation. Thus I employed or involved my consciousness to focus on being employed NOW, knowing the right place to apply my talents and abilities would come and it would pay me well. This was my mantra. And yes I applied for a wonderful job opening some months later and got the job!

An astonishing percentage of young people today are unemployed. 50% in Greece, 46% in Spain and much of Europe (except for Germany), 20%+ in the US. Young people with fresh insights, energy and talent are needed more today than ever and yet they are not included or "involved" in solving today's global problems. Perhaps because the ego's of those in power are  blocking new sources of energy and new ideas because new fresh ideas threaten their profits. What can we do? We can't heal or transform someone else but we can heal, change and transform our own consciousness. Shift from ego to Essence. Learn HOW TO THINK, not what to think. Learn the tool of Translation!
