Re-identification!

If you find yourself in a tough spot and really don't have any idea how to help yourself, take one minute and imagine yourself being a stem cell. A stem cell is a special cell that is capable of becoming any kind of cell that is needed. NOTE: We all have stem cells in our body. Step 1: Stop all mental chatter, drop your awareness into your heart and feel the love. Step 2: Imagine yourself as a stem cell surrounded in a sea of love fully capable of being any kind of cell. Step 3: Feel your awareness moving forward easily into a new pattern.

This playful but important exercise could lift you instantly from the old pattern of the tough spot and free you to re-identify yourself as Awareness . And in the moment that you identify yourself as Awareness  - you are free!
