Teacher, education

While Thane died in 1989, his "presence" lives inside me everyday. He was the Founder and Dean of The Prosperos School of Ontology. He created techniques for students like me to use to change our thinking. He did not preach his beliefs. Instead, he followed his Intuition to help others learn to follow their own Intuitive Thinking. He was a dynamic, "fire in the mouth" speaker, storyteller, and 4th Way Master. "Wake up! Wake up to your True Identity as Consciousness!" That was his Teaching.

I think of Thane as my most significant teacher. Like everyone, I've had quite a number of teachers. Mom, Dad, K-12 teachers, my sister and cousins, friends, Jan Valentin Saether (master artist who apprenticed me for 5 years), Louise Hay (originator of Hay House Publishing who employed me as a teacher for 10 years), and for the last 15 years, my public school students. I have to say that in my experience, 12-year old kids are some of the best teachers...if you are willing to learn from them!

Education comes from the Ancient Greek Language. It means "to draw forth from within". Thank you Thane for drawing forth from within me the innate ability of how to think abstractly, which helps me awaken every day to my True Identity as an Individuation of an Infinite Mind.

Thane visited my home in Malibu in 1981. He sat in Jan's studio and I drew him one afternoon.
