MoonWobble Weather Patterns

Peak is 16- 17 - 18 November 2012

This Presidential MoonWobble of 2012 ushers in the Lunar Nodal Axis of Scorpio/Taurus for this cycle. Our purpose as Translators and Ontologists is to transcend the three-dimensional mind, the shadowy side of problems.  System, Method, Order are the Ontological bywords to approach sense testimony.  MoonWobbles are potent archetypal gifts to identify experiential and existential tension. Use this jolt of joy wisely for accelerated evolution, participation in Cosmic Intention, and transcendance of the endless lunar cycle.  This Moonwobble is parenthetically defined by a Solar Eclipse and a Lunar Eclipse.

Thane taught an ontological meditation wherein the Sun symbolizes the essential self ("figuratively speaking") and the Moon reflects an endlessly changing principle. An endlessly cycling wheel of fortune of temporal, mortal flesh, birth, fruition and decay. The Moon goes out into the lifeworld and soaks up its little taste of experience, then offers this chunk of sense testimony to the Sun for processing. The nodal axis crystallizes the relationship between Sun and Moon to reflect that sphere of life in which the coniunctio - the inner blending of the two principles - is most likely to manifest. An androgynous coitus between a changing, receptive principle and a constant, radiant principle. Remember, if you are not Translating, then you are food for the Moon.

Each MoonWobble undulate as articulated by Thane runs about 37 days in duration (using a 5 degree Aspect Orb as Standard Deviation). Carefully consider decisions during this period. Like any transit, MoonWobble represents a cyclic process. There are stages of buildup, release and integration. MoonWobble is an emotional experience shared inter-subjectively into an apparently objective reality. As such, it is a communal RHS. Conscious awareness and appropriate action results in a smooth transition.

The MoonWobble undulate starts building up energy some 25 days (Tuesday, October 23, 2012) before the peak as personal irritability is evident, entering a critical period some 12 days (Monday, November 05, 2012) before the peak to a maximum build-up (Saturday, November 17, 2012). Allow the release of energy letting up a few days after the peak (Tuesday, November 20, 2012). The affect is gradually integrated over 12 days after the peak (Wednesday, November 29, 2012).

While all signs are affected, those with planets or indicators in Scorpio, Taurus, and Pisces will be most strongly influenced. Remember that everyone has at least Houses of Scorpio (Family Survival Dynamic - Water - Past, Ruler - Mars), Taurus (Family Survival Dynamic Container - Earth - Past, Ruler - Venus), and Pisces (Social Survival Dynamic - Water - Past, Ruler - Neptune).  Family Survival.  Earth and Water.  A sanguine, and predominantly muddy and murky chart.   Emotion overwhelming the channel.  Scorpio deals with business, authority, discipline and regeneration.  Also revenge and jealousy.  While Taurus deals with the home, land, mines, earth and agriculture.  The North Node (intentionally beckoning forward) is in Scorpio and the South Node (unintentional, unplanned) in Taurus.  Viewing the Nodes through the lens of the Totality Field, we might view the North Node as an intentional expansion of consciousness into known territory, the T-Field. The South Node is then an unintentional expansion of consciousness into unknown terrain, an A-Field.  For an added emphasis, the Lunar Nodes are Retrograde.  The North Node (Retrograde) in Scorpio is conjunct Mercury which is also Retrograde.  Neptune is dignified in its native Pisces (somewhat structurated, but dissolving Saturn at trine), and is Square both the North Node and the South Node.  Our pure Moonwobble is confounded by an overarching underlay of Retrograde Uranus in Aries is Square Pluto in Capricorn, Sextile Saturn in Scorpio.

All and all, there is great potential to use critical listening and thinking skills to penetrate the garbled and nebulous communication, and deep structural emotional instability.  Keep your ballot dry!

Interpretation and Fixed Star Framework

As an archetypal phase of the life cycle of transformation, the Sun at the 25th degree of Scorpio is symbolized by an X-Ray photograph with the capacity to acquire knowledge of deep, archetypal structure.  Ontologists penetrate the superficialities of existence to perceive the temporal evolutionary matrix that gives at least relatively permanent "form" to all organized systems.  This ontological knowledge of deep archetypal structure permits the diagnostic understanding of the basic causes of outer disturbances and dis-ease.

The 25th degree South Lunar Node in Taurus is illustrated by a vast public park.  This commons indicates the cultivation of natural energies for collective use and re-creation.  This symbol of collective en-joyment permits the One to know an emotional feeling of Oneness and belonging to an omniscient, organized, peaceful whole.

The Scorpio/Taurus nodal axis is the axis of family responsibility, and is fixedly rooted in the past. The universal cycles of birth and death, growth and destruction, Spring and Fall.  The Scorpio/Taurus axis relates very strongly to the myth of Persephone.  The core issue of self-worth from sustaining and maintaining.  South Node in Taurus builds and stabilizes solid foundations of structure with filial piety and beauty, while North Node in Scorpio breaks down these foundations to plant seeds of growth.  Change and growth like history come in cycles. Neptune in native Pisces is Square this Axis for added creative tension.

Neptune moves from the 1st degree of Pisces Neptune is symbolized by a late Saturday afternoon with carefree crowds filling the public market. Into the 30th degree of Aquarius symbolized by a spiritual group of ontologists deeply rooted in the past of a very ancient culture.  The Infinite Multifestation of Oneness is merged into the glowing light of unanimous (anima - soul) consciousness.  This spiritual group of ontologists is revealed to One who has emerged successfully from their metamorphosis.  The keynote here is the ability of the ontologist with active listening and a deep feeling for self-transcendence, to come in contact with higher forms of existence.  After consuming the multiplicity of I's, IAM I.  A symbol of spiritual group fulfillment - of Conscious Totality of Being.

The Sun is penetrating into the fixed star Alphecca - a feminine foundation shaped into a garland of flowers.  Situated between Hercules and Bootes, the brightest star of Corona Borealis was well known to Claudius Ptolemy (who convinced the Church to switch from a Solar to an Earth-centric System).  This Sun is rooted in Alphecca as the source of life at this moment.  Quiet achievements influence advancements, not necessarily through one's own efforts.  Alphecca is a special gift which provides penetrating insight into the essence and source of life - of love.  The acceptance of this gift implies the acceptance of potential sorrows, for this crown of flowers also contains prickly thorns - perhaps even a crown of thorns.

Embracing both Lunar Nodes and Sun with Mercury is Castor.  Ptolemy states the star called Apollo (Castor) is like Mercury the story-teller, with the star called Hercules (Pollux) of similar nature to Mars.   Ptolemy, Robson, Ebertin and Rigor descriptions, in true Gemini tradition, illustrate the struggle of polarities between Castor and Pollux.  Since Castor is active at this moment, we are aware of the polarity of the story, but from the bright side.

Menkalinan is the second brightest star of Auriga the Charioteer. situated in the shoulder of this harnesser of the Horse.  At the threshold between hunter-gatherer and cultivation-domestication of plants and animals, and manifesting at the demarcation between the matrilineal and patriarchal society.  The charioteer carries a feminine, nurturing breast.  Our search for the good breasted mother seems unquenchable to this day.  And yet, is this Androgynous symbol of the Charioteer not situated at the ontologically rooted source?

Mercury goes Retrograde in Sagittarius on November 06, then continues Retrograde back into Scorpio on November 15, and Direct on November 26.

US Presidential Election on Tuesday, November 06, 2012.

Total Solar Eclipse on November 13 with New Moon in Scorpio which is Lunar Samhain.

Appulse (Penumbral) Lunar Eclipse on November 28 with Full Moon in Gemini.

Make it work for you

While the MoonWobble Report may be technically helpful, there is no substitute for doing your own interpretations if you are to experience the undulate. If you need to learn how to perform astrological or symbolic interpretations, please contact The Prosperos. The Prosperos teaches how to think, never what to think. For that reason, do not simply read someones report like a newspaper horoscope. Please do your own archetypal interpretations and your own Translations. Look at how these nodal transits aspect your own chart. The lunar nodes are the guideposts of your ontological journey. Where do the current Nodes and Planets fall on your natal chart? Do the Nodes and Planets make any major (opposition or conjunction) aspects to natal planets? What do these Nodes and Planets intuitively signify to you?

Use the Eclipses and the Nodes in the context of the MoonWobble as a spotlight to Self-Encounter any tension at that moment in time of your chart. Use the Nodes as a spotlight to freeze-frame and be self-aware of what tension you are feeling and experiencing. Translate and RHS that tension to experience the joy of flow. If you don’t know how to Translate or RHS, contact The Prosperos. The North Node expands consciousness intentionally while the South Node expands consciousness accidentally. These Nodal and Eclipse spotlights are not on in Moonwobble aspect all the time, use this energy wisely.

Like all other psychological influences, the best way to stay in control is knowing! People who know the least about these things are the most subject to the influences. People who know about them, can act upon the situation, not react to it! Don’t just translate! Channel the unusual flow of energy into an unpredictable good!
