The ADVANCE during the past century - air travel, space travel, artificial intelligence, 5G, robotics, self-driving cars, biometrics, 3D-printing to name a few - is both awesome and deeply concerning. In this class we explore human history, with guidance from Gerald Heard’s The Five Ages of Man and Lewis Mumford’s In the Name of Sanity. We explore how today we are entering a new age. We are learning secrets of the basic power of the universe and must also learn to think of ourselves in new ways - not anatomically but atomically or even subatomically. Advance Seminar teaches ways to re-orient our identity from being material, physical forms in time and space to BEING MIND UNFOLDING on our way to achieving self-directed evolution.
