Baggage

BAGGAGE = Personal belongings of travelers; intangible things that get in the way; unresolved feelings and issues from past experiences.

QUESTION: Do you have some heavy baggage?

STORY: We all are carrying baggage. Some of it we call memories or even mistakes or habits we can’t seem to control. Whatever it is - it weighs us down and prevents us from living our purpose. Thankfully there are tools that help us to let go of old patterns; to change how we look at old memories and to experience the release of a whole new insight that opens the door to a new and unpredictably good experience. Releasing the Hidden Splendour™ is a 5 step tool I have used to emotionally let go of some of my baggage. First I sit down alone in a safe quiet space with no one around me. Step 1: Recall a memory or a pattern that weighs you down. Bring to mind other people involved in this memory or pattern. Step 2: Relive the memory or pattern by feeling the emotions that are buried within you. Step 3: React and tell yourself and others exactly what you felt was done. Step 4: At some point you realize there is a purpose for you to learn something here. Release yourself and the others from the anger, blame, guilt, fear or whatever. Step 5: GIVE up the memory FOR the new understanding and the good that was hidden is now present. QUOTES

“I'm not a minority: I'm a majority of one. We all are. To call someone a minority, you give them baggage, of not being full, or not being seen as full. All of us need to be seen as full human beings.” ~ Jose Antonio Vargas

“If you continue to carry bricks from your past, you will end up building the same house.” – Unknown
