QUESTION: Can you focus your attention on the present moment - right now?
STORY: Now at the age of 76, my focus is on sharing important WORK TOOLS that I have practiced in my life and how they have helped me to access my Higher Consciousness and to live more fully. A “work tool” is a practice you engage - for the purpose of letting go of your ego (lower consciousness) - which allows you to open up and experience your Higher Consciousness. Translation® and Self Observation are WORK TOOLS that I use. People today are curious and searching for such tools. I am teaching classes and writing books to help people become aware that our attention (our Consciousness) is our most valuable asset. Let’s focus on taking charge of our own ATTENTION!

EXERCISE
Take a few minutes to relax and feel yourself being present as attention, as Consciousness. When ready, look around and choose an object or an area that attracts your ATTENTION. Notice qualities like: light and dark areas, angular shapes, rounded shapes, colors, textures, memories associated with this object or area. Get your pen and paper and write words expressing the focus of your ATTENTION. And if you have another minute or two - use your “other” hand to draw lines expressing the flow of consciousness through you - which is the elemental Life Force of your world.
