STORY: A few of my friends have recently died. Suzanne Deakins and Alex Gambeau. The life that we share with our friends lives somewhere forever inside of us. I will always remember Alex’s laughter and Suzanne’s unique curiosity. Hey, every human being dies. Every animal dies. Every living thing - tree, flower, bug, bird - will die. You and I will die. The question is: Where do we go when we die? Well, scientists that measure energy say that earth’s energy is not reduced one tiny bit when a person dies. What this means is that when someone dies, their LIFE ENERGY FOREVER! The material body that once was a vehicle for their LIFE ENERGY simply dissolves into nothingness. Let us be aware that loving our friends connects us with the ONE LIFE ENERGY that is forever. Thank you Suzanne and Alex for being my forever friends.

EXERCISE
STOP.
Sit quietly.
Assume an erect posture. Sense the breath.
Sit calmly and remember your friends who have died.
Allow their LIFE ENERGY to flow into your awareness.
Remember these individuals and FEEL their LIFE ENERGY.
Get your pen and paper and write words or draw lines expressing the LIFE ENERGY of your beloved friends.
Move forward into your day feeling connected with the ONE LIFE ENERGY that we all are.
