HUMOR = fluid or juice from an animal or plant; something that is comical; amusing; funny

QUESTION: Have you had a good laugh today?

STORY: In my life I have learned many things - as I am sure you have. My teacher Thane always told stories and jokes in his classes. Not just little cute smiles - but big, loud HA HA HA laughs shouted and bolted out of our mouths. Teaching has taught me a lot! One thing I learned is that good teachers help their students relax by telling funny stories. Humor and laughter are especially valuable when you want to share deep philosophical, scientific or Spiritual truths. Laughter somehow helps the body fluids to flow and this helps people to relax and feel comfortable together. I am learning to tell a lot of “knock-knock jokes” in my classes. When people laugh at a funny story in a room with a bunch of other people - we all share the same river of energy with each other. Humor and laughter are an amazingly valuable part of life. Before you read the quotes below - push out a laugh or a ha ha. Can you feel how it relaxes you?
