Something to Consider: On Writing

I had a friend laughing the other day. We were talking about my passion for community.

He replied laughingly that my social media presence was more like One Man in reflections of growth rather than Community.

That got my mind going, I thought about that and realized the human race is one big family and connected by communication, written and social. More basically connected by  DNA, but more importantly than that by Consciousness. The ability to think, to observe, and to make decisions. Those are processes of what you learn, know, see, and feel. These processes are part and parcel to a successful Life (whatever that means to you). Your personal success is not yours alone it has ripple effects on everyone around you - We Are connected, as Humans, a Clan, a Tribe, a Nation/State, but more importantly as Evolving Consciousness.

My social media presence does have the attribute of one human opinion.  Many times, my writing is spurred on by what I write in the journal. My journal writing takes place in those quiet spaces I make for myself to hear myself.

As many of you know, I am very sociable. While I love people, I also love my own space. I like being alone in meditation, or researching some new subject, or alone people watching in the community, or simply at home listening to music, or the silence of the rooms.

I believe it’s by finding what works for us individually that we allow for conversations with beingness, and that we begin to thrive and experience more success.

For me, that means, when I come back into the presence of others, I am more present, more connected, and a much better ally to all who I engage with.

So, while my passion for community is in my heart, I know that engagement towards community, that is always the person in front of me. Especially my clients and students to bring about personal success (theirs as well as my own).

That personal space-time is when you elevate yourself, allowing you to sometimes instantly elevate your World.

Be Well
