QUESTION: Are you feeling peaceful?
STORY: We all live in two selves. One self is our material, binary ego self that divides us into “this or that”. For example, we are either good/bad, male/female, black/white, rich/poor, right/wrong, left/right, loud/quiet, full of love/full of hate - and lots more. You are separate from me. However, it is time that we WAKE UP to our True Innate Self and understand that our material, binary self is not our True self. Our True self is here now, ever present and available when we do the WORK of letting go of our habitual belief that we are just physical things in a material world that is separate from us - and opening up to our Spiritual True Innate Self as Consciousness. EXERCISE
STOP.
Sit quietly.
Assume an erect posture. Sense the breath.
Sit calmly and notice any tension in your body.
Relax and feel the tension dissolving.
Get your pen and paper and write words or draw lines expressing your experience with letting go of the material, binary, ego world and giving your attention to simply being present here now.
Move forward into your day feeling the peace and ONENESS of your Innate Self.
