POET'S CORNER:
(Dharma name: Satya)
(A haiku is a type of short-form poem that originated in Japan. Haiku poems are typically written in three lines, with five syllables in the first line, seven in the second, and five in the third. They are unrhymed, but some poets may choose to rhyme the first and third lines for added challenge. Haiku poems often focus on nature or the seasons, and emphasize simplicity, intensity, and directness of expression.)
Reflections from Meditation
#1 THE MIND IS LIKE SPACE,
NO EDGES AND UNTHINKING.
IT CAN'T MEASURE NOW.
#2. INSTANTANEOUS--
MIND FREED OF ARTIFICIAL,
DUALITY FLEES.
#3. TRUTH BRINGS OUR FREEDOM,
NOT CORRUPTION OR BLINDNESS.
EVIL DROPS AWAY.
#4. TO DEFINE THE TRUTH
IS TO PUT LIMITS ON IT.
WHERE IS INFINITE?
#5. TRUTH IS FOREVER.
IT'S MESSAGE WILL NEVER CHANGE,
ALWAYS IT PREVAILS.
#6. THE NATURE OF MIND
CLINGS AND GRASPS SOMETHING TIGHTLY.
THE HAND IS EMPTY.
#7 I AM ALL ALONE,
NO INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW.
NOW MUST BE ENOUGH.
#8 CAN A BODY DIE
IF IT HAS NEVER LIVED?
IS ALL MENTAL DREAMS
